Project Description:

Access Dental is a unique office building complex comprised of two three-story buildings set on a 6 acre site fronting the Highway 50 corridor. The focus of the landscape is an urban plaza located between the two building entrances. The plaza consists of flowering shade trees aligned with a series of staggered stone veneer seat walls, creating an entrance that draws visitors from the parking lot drop off to the building lobbys. This project has also been designed to utilize an on-site runoff infiltration system that directs parking lot drainage to the storm drain through two landscaped swales.
