  Liberty is a master planned community that reflects the rural ranch qualities of Rio Vista and the project site (the former Gibbs Ranch) with contemporary detailing. Liberty, located in Sacramento and San Joaquin Delta, has 855 homes on 323.2 acres which includes a 4 acre active Neighborhood park and a 16 acre active community park, 20.4 acres of pocket or passive parks and 48.8 acres of open space. Community themed features announce arrival at all primary and secondary entries. Located in Liberty's center is a roundabout that contains the project icon feature water tower.
