  Eurasia Domodedovo is envisioned as a new town located south of the City of Moscow in the Moscow Region, Russian Federation.
  
  vTA is involved in phase 1 which encompasses approximately 340 hectares. This phase is envisioned to have over 600 single family semi-custom homes, condominium complex of 400 to 600 units, pre-school, recreation fitness center, equestrian facility and a network of public and private areas.
  
  A town square provides the neighborhood with retail and service facilities. The central park is home to an ice skating rink, seasonal marketplace, passive open space, and group seating areas.
  
  Approximately 12 parks provide year-round outdoor amenities and are linked to the trails throughout the site.
