  In 2004 this project won the MAME Community of the Year award. Located in Novato, the California Rustic and American Country style of architecture was enhanced with ornamental grasses, evergreen shrubs, and canopy shade trees. Materials and colors were coordinated with architectural details and interior designer colors to create a cohesive and elegant experience for the potential home buyer.
