  Gable Lane is a zero lot line development in which vTA was challenged with maximizing its outdoor space.  In these side yard spaces vTA focused on bringing the indoor out and creating comfortable low maintenance courtyard spaces. These small spaces with big personalities include an asian themed courtyard with planting and trellised seating that also screens the neighboring house, a modern twist to a Tuscan courtyard that incorporates landscape into the natural stone paving and a playful Islander themed courtyard that plays on creative detailing and the use of exotic materials.
