  Acacia is an 87 lot neighborhood within the master planned new town of Mountain House, San Joaquin County, California.  Acacia at Mountain House models are craftsman-style inspired homes that offer the entry and move-up buyer a variation in living and lifestyle.  The sales office landscape provides a sense of arrival and showcases some of the amenities that are part of the neighborhood.  The front yards are lush, but highlight simple, low maintenance plant material.  The rear yards support the themes of the homes by providing a range of outdoor amenities including a New Orleans inspired entertaining patio, a courtyard with outdoor fireplace and a craftsman style family yard with barbecue, dining area, sitting area and children’s playhouse.
