• Project Description:
  Located adjacent to the Napa River, this luxury destination resort offers 160 fractional ownership and overnight rooms. Site constraints required underground parking, placing exterior landscape areas on podium structures. The landscape amenities are located in three distinct courtyards, each featuring a different theme and use requirement. The main courtyard includes a lap pool and spa, with dining terraces that share an outdoor relationship with the interior lobby area. The north courtyard was designed for gatherings such as business functions or weddings, while the south courtyard features a grand lawn highlighted with four 20' tall palm trees and two bocce-ball courts.
