Project Description:
The ranch is situated in a canyon along the northeastern hills bordering the Napa Valley. Of 167 acres, only 19.5 acres are developed for luxurious cabins, a swimming pool, spa, restaurant, and wine cave. The remaining acres are undeveloped with mixed oak woodland communities. The landscape concept is to preserve and enhance the natural beauty of the site with the use of native plant materials.
