• Project Description:
  Sycamore Grove is a 304 unit condominium project housed within four story buildings over a two level parking structure. Live/Work units front one of the perimeter streets. The majority of usable outdoor spaces are courtyards located above the parking structure along a central spine that passes through the buildings and visually connects the spaces. The center court contains a resort style pool area with spa, cabanas, shade trellises, fire pit and expansive deck area surrounded by tropically themed planting in raised planters. Other courtyards provide a variety of small scale gathering areas and residential scale planting.
