  An 80-acre planned residential community designed to reflect an Italian hill town consisting of 1100 units and 10 villages incorporating single family detached medium and high density homes, an elementary school, a neighborhood park and square, and two recreation areas with a junior Olympic pool. Formal courtyards, an elegant entrance feature including porticos and statuary, decorative paving, and a pedestrian bridge to complement the Italian theme.
