  These luxury townhomes are part of the Rivermark Masterplan Community in Santa Clara.  The public outdoor space for the townhomes is on podium level above the garage. Four distinct areas were created by incorporating raised planters, water features and large accent pots. The ‘Swim Terrace’ features a refreshing swimming pool, chaise lounges and tropical plant palette. The ‘Contemplative Plaza’ provides intimate seating areas, centered around a colorful quatrefoil fountain. For the kids, the ‘Activity Play Plaza’ has a playground. The ‘Socializing Plaza’ hosts lively bistro seating and water feature. The landscape design creates a variety of experiences for residents, as well as, utilizing plant material to enhance the Mediterranean style of the architecture.
