  An urban infill project consisting of a mixture of single-family detached homes, duplex units and tower loft condos. Industrial warehouse architecture and details accentuate the entry signage and monument pilasters. Distinctive fencing and pilasters offer intimate courtyards complete with seating areas. This project also features a centralized park, a picnic area, and a network of pedestrian pathways connecting the community.
