  Arbor Real is a residential community that combines modern architecture with contemporary, water-efficient landscaping. Arbor Real fills a demand for attractive, high density housing. The project includes four housing types that vary in size and level of density. The focal point of the community is the pool and recreation area. This consists of a cabana building, a community-recreation building, a large pool with a sunning deck, a great lawn and a community vegetable and perennial garden. Custom mail stations, pool screens and fences, modern site furnishings and unique landscaping with grasses and drought tolerant plants all combine to create a distinctive community experience.
