  Napa Square is the renovation of a city block and expansion of city offices into an adjacent renovated building and a new Class 'A' office building. Napa Square includes a pedestrian plaza with seatwalls, palms, shade trees, and tiered water feature. This development, on the edge of downtown, provides an anchor for city services and a much needed space for outdoor community activities.
