• Project Description:
  Access Dental is a unique office building complex comprised of two three-story buildings set on a 6 acre site fronting the Highway 50 corridor in the City of Rosemont. The two-phased project was designed to house the central business headquarters of the Access Dental Plan Company, as well as multi-building tenants. The focus of the landscape is an urban plaza located centrally between the main entrances of the two buildings. The plaza consists of a double allee of flowering shade trees aligned with a series of staggered stone veneer seat walls, creating an inviting entrance that draws visitors from the parking lot drop off to the main building entrances. The project has also been designed to utilize an on-site runoff infiltration system that directs parking lot drainage to the storm drain through landscape swales.
