Professional Background

Mr. Bennet has acquired extensive and varied experience within the field of landscape architecture and design including residential master planned communities, commercial developments, public parks, schools, plazas and streetscapes, campus planning and sports facilities as well as high-end residential. Mr. Bennet has become exceptionally qualified in maintaining positive client relationships, proposal preparation and negotiation, budgeting, business development, project management, production management, quality control, construction oversight and field direction. He has developed expertise in consultant coordination and direction, supported by his background working for multi-disciplined design firms. Mr. Bennet has managed and completed projects throughout the Western United States, although the majority of his work has been within Northern California and the San Francisco Bay area. His professional career brings over 22 years of private practice and consultation experience to the vTA team.
